Staging Consultation options

1) A 2 hour in home consultation: Where we will walk the property, taking notes on what needs to be addressed to ready the home for selling.

2) Staging proposal: 15 minute complimentary appointment to view the home. A plan will be put together. (This is not a consultation so no information will be exchanged.)

Staging Service: Occupied staging is available, prices may vary depending on property.


Editing your space

 Whether or not you are planning on down sizing because of a move, or just trying to organize what you already have, we can help you edit your space. We can help you decide what to keep, donate, or sell. 

Cost may vary per project, plus supplies.

Seasonal Decorating

Getting your space ready for any holiday can be stressful, let us help. Working with you we will come up with a plan using what you already have.  We will go over ideas with you on placement and whether or not adding new items to your collection might be needed.  Then we will implement the plan, so that you can have a relaxing holiday season.
